What's new in 2.1.0
★ NEW — AI insights on every data type Each data card now carries a short, plain-language reading of its own data, written for your specific site. Cards whose text was written by the AI are marked with a star; the rest are written by the platform from your project's own figures.
Projects and data versions • Projects now show when their data is out of date, what changed, and let you upgrade in place. • A new Data versions page lists every published data update. • Upgrading a project regenerates its data and all of its insights, and advances the site-specific weather window to the newest 15 complete years.
Plans and access • Seven-day free trial. • Choosing a plan on the landing page now carries through to checkout.
Climate and data accuracy • Climate zone now reads the same 0.25° dataset the map shows, so the zone and the map always agree. The older, coarser grid disagreed at coastal sites. • Weather files whose stated climate class contradicts their own temperature record are no longer used for the classification. • All seven platform-written insights were rewritten so every figure comes from your project's own data, and the text names the weather source it describes. • Sun path uses the standard sunrise and sunset definition, and states the midday sun angle it actually measures. • Precipitation states the record's real period, and shows hourly figures only when they come from the same gauge with enough coverage. • Grid carbon separates the carbon-intensity year from the generation-mix year, and names only the fuels that country actually burns. • PV gives both the solar radiation received and the electricity produced at optimal tilt. • Location names the region alongside the country, and says whether the weather station sits above or below your site.
Elsewhere • New product demo video on the landing page. • Fixes: team data isolation, project duplication, insight tooltips being clipped, and several icon corrections.
